HOW IS PRICE DETERMINED?
Every custom course is priced specifically to that course. Many factors determine the price once I know: the duration of the program, the number of participants, course content and distance of travel.

Foraging is a growing interest in our society and more people are searching for ways to obtain food in a self reliant manner. It is essential to be sure we are foraging safely, ethically, and without causing damage to our landscape. This class specifically focuses on acorns, the fruit of an oak tree. After processing, acorns can be used to make delicious dishes that are also extremely nutritious. Come learn how to gather, preserve, process, and cook with this awesome wild food! This class is best offered in October or November, but can be taught year round as we always have a bountiful supply of acorns on hand.
